La gamme de MEB Hirox est ax\u00e9e sur deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels : des performances puissantes et une utilisation conviviale. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa configuration compacte de table, le Mini-MEB fournit des images MEB \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution et \u00e0 fort grossissement tout en \u00e9tant facile \u00e0 utiliser. L'automatisation de la mise au point, de la luminosit\u00e9 et du contraste permet d'obtenir une excellente image \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>

Le contr\u00f4le de la course compl\u00e8te sur 5 axes et l'ouverture variable sur 4 trous du SH-5000M permettent d'obtenir des images MEB \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution. Le multi-d\u00e9tecteur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (SE+BSE) du SH-4000M fournit l'observation id\u00e9ale pour chaque type d'\u00e9chantillon. Tous les MEB de table, y compris le SH-3500MB, fournissent des images dans les 2 minutes suivant le chargement de l'\u00e9chantillon.
